Prepared NEPA Categorical Exclusion Document including technical environmental studies ecology and wetlands, hazardous waste, socioeconomic, EJ, historic architecture and archeology, determination of need for air, noise studies. Ocean Drive Improvement Project, Cape May County, NJ. Coordination of all environmental activities including preparation of NEPA Environmental Assessment (EA) document preparation of wetlands and ecology technical studies, which included assessment of floodplain, vegetation, and wildlife, Section 4(f) documentation, development of mitigation strategies for impacts to wide range of resources, preparation of all federal and state permits and agency coordination activities.
